If you ask us, it’s the cover girl. We’ve silenced all of the hype and buzz that September brings to collect copies of our favorite covers of 2016.

Vogue Paris takes a timeless approach to their 2016 September issue cover. Featuring stunning beauties Taylor Hill and Bella Hadid in casually chic all-black numbers against a black drop, there’s nothing but fierceness and aspirational style to take in.

Cara Delevinge has had quite the year so far, from high fashion runways to major movie appearances. This sparkling cover for Elle’s September issue can be considered the icing on the cake. Delevinge is no stranger to a high end fashion magazine cover, and this issue proves that as she is seen taking a fabulous seat on her well-deserved editorial throne.

Although Bella’s fellow supermodel sister Gigi Hadid has been dominating headlines along with her gorgeous girl squad all year, Bella has been creating her own lane and doing quite well in it. Her September Issue cover features signal that her reign is just beginning. We can’t wait to see what else she has in store for us.

We’re gushing over the gentle hues and and gorgeous simplicity Jessica Alba is serving on this year’s September cover of Allure. She’s made quite the name for herself as a non-stop mogul and mother. This cover proves to us that a motherly glow doesn’t fade easily.

Everyone’s favorite supermodel just hit a major milestone in her rising career. She’s just about done it all throughout the span of her seemingly quick career. But the non-stop celebration that has occurred as a result of her first-ever Vogue September cover is nothing like we’ve ever seen. We can only imaging with this Jenner is going to accomplish next.

As we all prepare ourselves for another shocking yet thrilling season of Scandal to premier this Fall, we get a little sample of what we’ve all been waiting for. Kerry Washington brings her effortless grace and beauty to the news stand with this gorgeous editorial cove for Elle magazine. It’s great to see this side of her before we have to face Olivia Pope’s escapades in less than a month.

As if Anti wasn’t enough? Rihanna looks beyond regal for her W Magazine September issue cover. After a well received digital album and sold out world tour, Rihanna giving us Apocalyptic Queen vibes was sure to be a hit.

Among many other things, Sarah Jessica Parker is a fashion icon. After years of dominating our television (and movie) screens as the star member of our favorite fashion forward clique on Sex in the City, her legacy lives on as one of the most daringly chic fashionistas of our time. This cover shows us that she hasn’t missed a single beat since then. Kudos go to Marie Claire for giving us serious nostalgia with this cover girl selection.
