Set Daily Tasks
Everyday is an opportunity to accomplish something. Every morning, create a list of 3 tasks you want to tackle that day. Remember: there’s only 24 hours in a day, so make your list thoughtfully and realistically!

Keep Thinking & Learning
The key to mastering any skill is constantly learning more and finding your niche. Use days off as an opportunity to keep your mind stimulated by watching tutorials, reading up on your industry, and brainstorming new ideas.

Take Breaks
Even Superman needs a break sometimes. Don’t overdo it on your day off. For every 50 minutes you spend getting something accomplished, take a 10 minute break to re-group.

Reflect & Stay Inspired
Never lose sight of your goal. Take days off as an opportunity to remind yourself of how far you’ve come and how much further you want to go. Make a vision board, watch TED Talks and find tutorials that help you keep your eye on the ultimate prize.

Drink water like it’s wine
Wine may be good for the soul, but water is even better for the body. Keep yourself hydrated and energized by drinking as much water as you can. Add a little lemon to make your water cleansing and refreshing.

Take a Walk
…Or a power walk for a little cardio. Give yourself some time to get motivated and clear your mind by taking a brisk walk around your favorite neighborhood.

Make Yourself a Treat
And try to make it healthy! Rather than catching a meal at your favorite local restaurant, spoil yourself to a home made meal. Challenge yourself by finding a healthy recipe for your favorite dish.

Clean your work space
Keep your zen and feng shui balanced by tidying up the place where you typically get work done. This is where you spend most of your most productive time, so treat it that way.

Indulge in your favorite things
Whether its writing, listening to your favorite playlists or spending time with your furry friend, take time out to do what you love.

Re-charge your positive attitude
Take a moment to be grateful for everything you have achieved so far. Find inspiring quotes, force yourself to smile, have a good laugh and stay moving, ESPECIALLY if you don’t want to. Feed your spirit with positivity and the difference in the rest of your life will show. Before going to bed, take 10 minuted to re-group or try picking up meditation.
